I like the firmware upgrades beyond the purchase point. Adds value, IMO, and are easy to do, as evidenced by the MXP100 upgrades.

Some time within the next two firmware updates they will stick in the Calendar option (BATTLE THE IPOD) and also OGG support. That's right; they are flexible as to the encoding options they support. We're looking at the future development of all popular audio encryption codexes!

They also want input from their customers. They will change the functionality as per the mass of the customer's requests. In other words, if the customers want it, it will probably happen! This is a company willing to go where we want them to!"
