Finra..go to FINRA click investors, next page to right most viewed scroll down to complaint next page scroll down to file on line complaint...first question i had to put in my broker scottrade because there was a red x and all the x have to be completed to submit but in the area were you can write in you comments i told them why i did that and i was not asking them to monitor scottrade but the mms and that they should look into march 8,2012 for non reporting to FINRA.manipulation of a security....and add what you like,5 people just do it...
