Just so you know, Joe brought the dividend idea to the table and it is under consideration.

This was a SPECIAL MEETING of the shareholders to consider the exact proposals of the proxy statement. It was not the annual meeting. The agenda was basically to go over the proxy points and the votes on them. A very high percentage of the shareholders voted and the vast majority were in favor of each of the proposals. We did have an opportunity to make remarks and Joe brought up the dividend idea. Of course that has to be weighed and then if it is done, they have to make a formal announcement after the appropriate SEC filings.

The board members all went into Gerry's office after the meeting while the rest of us mingled and then went our separate ways.
