How can you say that with a straight face? KATX has been P&D twice. Ken set us shareholders up for the kill knowing people would buy to get BVIG shares yet has never delivered them. He never disclosed RR information though he knows. He never disclosed Vale information on the deal being dead. Sorry, this is not the actions of an honest man. An Honest man discloses material infomation and does not hide it from shareholders and you know it!
