Your calling people amateurs yet you say the charts mean "nothing".... Charts mean everything on these plays, the groups are fully aware of the charts and always set them up for big runs, and pull backs. When they are over bought they will bring it back, when they are over sold they will run it, and they are always setting the longer term charts up to support bigger, longer runs... The only time a chart is "meaningless" with a promo is when the final sell off happens, but other than that, they are one of the key pieces of the puzzle.
