All Legacy Shareholders had an opportunity to participate in the rights offering and buy shares at $20. Only 52.6 percent participated

In todays world of distressed and BK investing legacy shareholders usually get wiped out in deals...PCBC shareholders not only weren't wiped out they were given an excellent opportunity to prosper right along with a guy who just invested a half billion dollars. These are the kind of guys I wish more were like on Wall St.

"Who" is involved matters ...in any deal.
