It doesn't matter what the A/S is man. Only the O/S matters when calculating share price. Last updated O/S was only around 300 Million (I believe). Even if it was 600 or 700 Million O/S, that isn't a lot for a penny stock. And I doubt they would dilute 1.5 billion shares, unless they were going to acquire something big.
