Why does it need to be patented? Maybe it's just better constructed or marketed better.

I think too many penny stock investors get hung up on patents. It's trademarked so the branding is protected.

For example, the slanket, blanket with sleeves, was being sold for years by skymall and lands end. Then the snuggie comes along and sells millions. Why? Not because of a patent that's for sure. Because of marketing and viral advertising. Same can happen here.

But hey, that's my view, and that's why I'm invested. Everyone has to make their own call.
