Staged? If they wanted to make it look like a sell off they would have sold small batches. 2x80,000,000 is not a small batch 32,000$. This is not a sell off its straight up dilution an even if somehow you thought that it wasn't dilution. That would mean someone with a huge vested interest in a penny stock company wanted put bad to sell at .0002. Perhaps he found out it was a scam. But in my book it was just dilution think about it for a little bit get past the hype.
