Mr. Paul E. Heney was the Global Managing Director and General Counsel at Ubequity Capital Partners Inc., Investment Arm. He was also a Founding Partner at the firm. Mr. Heney was based at the firm's Toronto office. He is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director at Silverback Media Limited. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1987 and joined the firm in 2002. Mr. Heney's practice focuses on public and private securities offerings serving the venture capital/small cap market as well as on mergers and acquisitions and securities regulatory matters for issuers, underwriters, and investment bankers. He also advises a number of discretionary money managers and has assisted in the creation of some innovative pooled fund products. Mr. Heney provides general corporate advice regarding the many legal issues that his clients face on a day to day bsis. His practice has taken him into a broad range of industries from local to international in geographic scope, and from natural resources to financial services, information technology, and biotechnology. Mr. Heney enjoys working with his business clients to structure, negotiate, and implement a wide variety of sophisticated corporate finance and corporate/commercial transactions and is valued by them for his ability to provide sound, practical advice in a cost effective and timely manner. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Racquet Club. Mr. Heney was also a member of the Ontario Securities Commission Small Business Advisory Committee. He has been a featured speaker at several hedge fund conferences on the subject of structuring, creating, and marketing hedge fund products in Canada. Mr. Heney received an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University, in 1985. He obtained a LL.B. in 1984 and a B. Soc. Sc. (Econ.) in 1981 and from the University of Ottawa.

He has been a Director of Jet Gold Corp. since September 22, 2010 and Rainchief Energy Inc., since June 2000. Mr. Moynes attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California from 1989 to 1991.
