Go to www.bcsc.bc.ca Click on the arrow next to the box that says "jump to" Then click on "advanced search" then type in "clean power concepts" then go to bottom of page and click on the link below "issuer information" that takes you to all their cease trade orders. You can also click on first link under "Decisions & Orders 1 - 3 of 7" That gives you the latest.

But here's the link to the page listing their cease trade order status:
