I will add that any dilution is unacceptable under .01. Period end of story. I don't care what it is for. Dilution can be used once we can stay above .01 for good. No telling how long that wait might be.

Things to do now:

1) Danny needs to address this situation immediately and Squash and stifle any discussion about further dilution with a PR.

2) Danny needs to work double time on figuring out how to keep the PPS from sliding any further. He may have to step away from the daily to do's and focus on securing an investor or bank loan. If all this is being done, then I revert to #1.
