I believe that the restriction of Mike's bonus stock is expires in May. Any SANE person would:

a. Work their butts off and push their employees to do same.

b. Hold on to those shares so tight it will make KFG seem like a girl scout field trip.

c. Guarantee to the world there would be no R/S.

d. Make absolutely sure that the content of any stockholder update or PR contains only factual accomplishments, not fluff.
