the ONE thing i want to know is if they REALLLYYYY did those private placements at premiums. CEO claims to have convertible price at .80 i believe. others should ALL be losing money. if they lied..or are changing prices (which is easy on OTCBB)......then i don't know what they are going to OTCBB for. i think they are doing it for illegal purposes as opposed to the stricter AMEX.

WHY would you go down a step? answer that.....you would only do it if???? it wasn't strict AND you wanted to be fiscally responsible.

we can cross off being fiscally responsible haha.....reverse splits and years of wasted IR money and marketing money and overpaid mgmt would prove that to not be the case.
