What I meant by that was two-fold Pete. A little bit on the ERHC side in Houston (perhaps one person for the accounting, etc. as BB also suggested, and one qualified company manager to deal with the day-to-day) but most of the hiring on the Chrome Energy side in Nigeria (as you may know, Chrome/Offor controls ERHE and is also very tight with both the powers-that-be at NNPC and the Nigerian presidency, consequently I'd expect a lot of additional work/contracts for Chrome.)
