it does look like it, huh. If I had reigns of cbis, I'd be doing the same thing as what is being done. Its not about flipper value...lol, imo the biopsy is in, and before it's puplicly released they will and are approaching fda for fast track status. Seeking aquistions and broadening product lines. smart moves in a good biz model. shorts played the dilution game, but their done. .12 is done...imho.
