Would be nice to know if this actually happened:

Upon mutual agreement of the parties, additional due diligence by ICW AG relating to the Company, and contingent upon the execution of a contract for RPNavigator by Geisinger Health Plan by June 30, 2011, the PS Agreement could be extended for an additional term of three months at the same rates and capacity as described above.
