I think $$$$$$$ 1.7 billion is a pretty good asset....and that is not counting the other properties..the great deal her eis that ther will only be 19 million shares to trade for a year.....since the merger shares will be restrcited for one year.

ON the web site they plan to go in to production very soon.so cash flow $$$$
