UPDATED WITH ALL FACTS

3/08/2012 - TBSS had huge support again in the .014 range. Look for a solid base there with plenty of upside. Float is very close to being locked. Big run is in play here. Go TBSS! My views on you have not changed one bit.

3/07/2012 - Today was a down day in TBSS land, but the volume sure was pretty. I'll mark it down as some MM manipulation. I saw the same thing on EVGI as it took a couple weeks till more peole got on board. I will patiently wait as TBSS is a solid, short-mid-long term play. On another note, TBSS had several large trades today, including a 1,000,000 share trade, more than 1/15th of the float. Another big time person getting in here. Look for more eyes to roll in, and an uptick in the future. Go TBSS. P.S. - Anytime you get worried, look at the technicals, they tell the story. Then back it up with the DD. I have a hunch we will see an uptick in the morning.

3/06/2012 - Today I have a new sense about TBSS. A more fufilled sense about this stock. When I Open a Position, and send out a Newsletter, I truely try to find a Stock that has legs. I try to find something that has substance. A stock that is not made to flip overnight, but rather one that is sustainable and willing to grow inch by inch. The last thing I want to do, is leave my followers out to dry. I don't see MMStockPlay around very long if that were to be the case. TBSS is the prime example of a company that does not want to leave it's investors out to dry. I am a firm believer that Todd Spinelli and I have a lot in common. I, much like Todd, found this poorly ran/traded stock, and see the true beauty in what it has to offer.

With TBSS, I am not thinking short term, nor is Todd. After speaking with someone that is very close to the Organization, I have gained a rather large insight into where TBSS is headed and how they plan on getting there. I am confident that The Velella Lighting System will be a large sucess, now that it is in Todd's hands. It has great potential, as they hold the Patent to a Lighting System that will literally allow counties to change laws to allow Shoreline homes to leave thier Outside lights on at night. Currently they don't. There is an obvious market here, as they are filling a $3.2 Million backorder. How they spread the word about this is even more interesting. I can't spill the beans, but they are in the works with a MAJOR Television/Journalism outlet to potentially help with this. As for the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) with a refinery in Russia to broker a series of delivery contracts for JP-54 aviation fuel and D-2 diesel products, I was told they have the equipment currently to do this. It was an easy way for them to bring in Revenue, while they work on hiring additional people, while they look to acquire more buisiness, and grown thier current Markets. Revenues to be recognized by TBSS International, Inc. will range from $15 Million to $30 Million per quarter with the Delivery Contracts.

Oh and by the way, TBSS from a technical standpoint, looks ready to bounce big. It finished up 11% today at $0.02, now up 42% from the first Newsletter. It still has a RSI of under 30! It is under the radar on IHUB, and literally has a moving 50 day AVG at $0.08, a 4 times increase on it's current price. I hope no one misses the train on TBSS, both short and long term.

3/05/2012 - TBSS showed today that the bottom is in. On little volume, 1.5 million shares, TBSS closed down 3% due to a last minute seller. 900,000+ shares were bought by one person, another large player getting in on TBSS. A new friend, Lama, has confirmed the Float, with the company, may I say, at under 18,000,000. TBSS has so much potential going for it. With an RSI of 26.69, look for a Huge Rebound.

3/3/2012 - TBSS has a CEO that has loaned the company over $7 Million of his own personal money. With this money, TBSS recently acquired a Patent valued between $84 and $144 Million. With this patent, came property and a Backorder of thier newly acquired Valella lighting system worth $3.2 Million, which is currently being filled. TBSS has also recently landed a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) with a refinery in Russia to broker a series of delivery contracts for JP-54 aviation fuel and D-2 diesel products. Revenues to be recognized by TBSS International, Inc. will range from $15 Million to $30 Million per quarter. I will be adding to my position on Monday. TBSS is unbelievably undervalued at these levels. For more information, read further below.

3/2/2012 - TBSS is my newest Open Position. There are so many things that attract me to this play. It is a fantastic bottom play. Throughout February, TBSS dropped in price from $.09 all the way to $0.013, due to an increase in thier SS. However, the selling has stopped. Last night, at 3:59, someone purchased a 1.23 million share buy at $0.014. Overall yesterday, it had almost 4 million in volume, compared to an average of 500 thousand. TBSS has a BETTER Share Structure than EVGI, my most recent large gainer. The float is 17.4 million and it has only 150 million OS. It has a 50 day (ma) of $0.0838 and I see the first resistance point at $0.10. This could be a 10 bagger if the right people get in here. There are few shares available here, so Get in ASAP! TBSS has many positive things going for them besides the SS:

TBSS recently announced the completion of the Valella lighting system, which utility statements indicate that the VLS is 85% more efficient than incandescent lighting and at least 50% more efficient than last generation fluorescent lighting. When compared to the environmental headaches that surround the new compact fluorescent screw-in bulbs, the TBSS neon light will be 60% cheaper in initial cost, will not contain deadly mercury, and require no special procedures for disposal. They anticipate having a consumer (screw in) version of the Velella lights by late summer 2012! A brand new type of light, that is cheaper and more efficient. TBSS will be manufacturing Velella Lighting in the Pensacola, FL area and has plans to open additional facilities across the country. Initially the company expects to employ close to 1,000 people, ultimately the company expects to employ somewhere in excess of 10,000 employees when the company is in full operation. The neon lighting patent, VLS, value appraisal by a third party placed a value of between $84 Million to $144 Million . Although they understand that patent appraisals are somewhat of an inexact science, they feel that TBSS shareholders will benefit significantly in the future as we aggressively introduce this energy efficient technology to the marketplace. The company recently began production on a 3.2 million dollar backorder on the VLS lighting system.

THE FOLLOWING IS WHY I CHOSE THIS AS MY NEXT OPEN POSITION: The total principal loaned by the President and CEO to the Company through the date of this report is $7,186,000. Todd Spinelli, President and CEO, said, "An unfortunate, yet necessary, requirement in a financial filing for what is basically a newly public company like TBSS International, Inc. is the inclusion of historical financial information from a previous company which, in our case, was Avenue South, Ltd. Although the financials for this company reflects a totally different business plan and led by a totally different management team from TBSS International, Inc., the financial data is included. So we encourage our shareholders to please focus on the numbers associated with our operations as TBSS International since October of 2011." Spinelli noted, "Our previously announced trenching contract for $400,000 ended up being valued at $415,000 with $350,000 booked by Dec. 31, 2011 and the remaining $65,000 being received in January, 2012. For accounting purposes, the net profit was only $22,233 by the end of 2011, but all of the $65,000 in January will be recognized as profit this quarter." Mr. Spinelli continued, "We are excited about what we are working on for building value in TBSS International. As previously announced, we are currently filling a $3.2 Million backlog order for our proprietary neon lighting which will be recognized as revenue upon our clients' receipt of the shipped order and TBSS receiving payment. We also are working on a number of oil contracts that we anticipate will dramatically build our revenue base and bottom line." Spinelli concluded, "My confidence in the future in TBSS is perhaps best demonstrated by my loans of $7.186 Million to the company at a modest interest rate of 3%. I feel that there is no better way to meld my financial success with that of our shareholders than to raise capital through this non-convertible debt. We look forward to building a company based on rapid revenue growth with net profitability. This filing is just the first of an expected series of quarter to quarter growth."
