My take on the reason we have not heard from Justin about this app yet, is it has not been quite ready for primetime. Think about it everyone. I know ever since I started buying last year, I have always questioned the app on several levels as have many people on here, but I still made the choice to start buying and I have continued to buy.

1. The Battery drain issue?
2. What about if I am a passenger in a moving vehicle?
3. Bugs in the software?

Justin has a great manager in Scooter Braun and he is holding back the reins IMO until this is completely ready and the merger is done. I believe the reason we went after Illume is that they have the missing pieces to solve the battery issue and make our product the best out there for individuals and for companies. In my opinion, we now have the knockout punch and that is how you build a company. And that is what we are up to and that is why we have assembled the BOD that we have, because these are smart buisnessmen and they know how to build a product and then when it is ready, sell it.

We have to be patient. I am long and have not sold a share, but continue to buy at these levels and below and have been able to get my average share price below a penny and I will continue to buy because I believe we will see the merger announcement before April 28th and that will be the launch of what will be a spectacular run. Of course all of this is IMO. Do your due dilligence, buy if you feel it is the right thing to do, wait until you think it is time to sell and in the mean time sit back, relax and let the people paid to do the work do their job.

Also, it wouldn't bother me if I didn't own shares either. I am just sayin....
