I agree 100% and that's also how they're able to manipulate the share price.

Like I said, the email admins probably get paid the compensated amount on their disclaimers.

they're not stupid. probably have a separate entity controlling the stock, separate entities controlling the emailers and separate entities controlling the websites with one person running the entire show.

I'm pretty sure APS is actually the entity that owns ALL the shares from the get go. Thats why they always pump companys with no history, bc they literally just created the shell themselves. They dont need to be compensated bc they own all the shares already.
