Why? Well the typical penny or pinksheet stocks usually comes with the whole lonney tunes cast of characters with Bugs Bunny as CEO and Daffy Duck as Chairman of the board. They usually have nobody to be accountable to as in Pinksheet land you can promise the world and get away with bloody murder!

What I like about Rainchief is that they are Canadian based and domiciled in British Columbia which has stricter regs than the SEC & policed by a nazi gestapo organization called the BC Securities commission. They have to literally file any material contracts, PR's etc. and be completely transparent in Canada, if they are caught lying its guaranteed go to to jail for all of management team. Very different with the Pinksheet Current company based in Nevada.
