jimmy thinks EI never started out as a scam and is not a scam, maybe mis managed but to call it a scam is to suggest that they are committing fraud and Jimmy also thinks that Major League Baseball would have more on the "ball" than the rest of the funeral experts and investors of the world. Because if this is a scam then the baseball products have be involved and associated with a scam and Jimmy has a hard time beleiving that MLB was used as a tool for the scam and if this is the case then MLB is not very smart and Jimmy thinks MLB has more on the "ball" than anyone on this message board.
