In other words, the fake person calling himself "Leslie Howard" is none other than "PumpsandDumps" too in my opinion.

It is a FELONY to participate in any scheme to manipulate stock.

The criminal act carries a JAIL sentence!

Remember, you are guilty of the act of stock manipulation if it transpires that during the time of your pumping you were also dumping shares.

How difficult will it be for the SEC and FBI to obtain the brokerage and trading records of:
