Bush had a 92 IQ and had trouble getting normal words out. Oh, and he was all about pushing the NWO, signing new dictatorial directives, and pushing the country toward socialism and collapse. He knew ZIP about economics and was manipulated by total crooks who surrounded him.

OBOY has a normal IQ, and THINKS he's brilliant, but in the end, he's a puppet being manipulated as well. Bankers and the FED own him, you, me, and the sheeple. Only difference is, the sheeple and he LIKE to be owned.
