company reply RE: Share Structure of CLSI

We are purchasing our shares back when we can as we are wanting to go
private. The company is doing well and growing, but we are not seeing our
future as being geared to a publicly held company. While we have not
issued a formal tender offer, we have made shareholders aware that we will
purchase shares.
