Sorry, I don't follow you, OEH has not done seismic surveying over Bellevue but on their own EL in the north of the State.

I don't know that they would be interested, I just suggested the name of another party who is interested in oil exploration in Tasmania. And they have ACTUALLY DRILLED A WELL which is a great deal more than Empire has done. Maybe their wealthy backers would be prepared to give a 2% COS a go (or hey, maybe they have done their own CPR like you say NBD Partners might have done).
