I've already opted in and am going to get some NEWCO stock, etc.

In the event that Judge Block decided to belatedly do something constructive for DIMEQ shareholders, could he do so in a way that I could benefit, i.e., send checks to the DIMEQ shareholders as of December 31st, 2012, rather than to only those DIMEQ shareholders that haven't converted?
