I've been doing homework on RainCief for a while and they defiantly are legit. As a matter of fact, RainChief is also based in British Columbia and I found out that the BC Securities Commission has stricter reporting requirements than the SEC... so that means any contracts they enter into or anything they do in general has to be disclosed and filed on SEDAR as well as EDGAR but seems like BC Securities has the same filing and disclosure requirements for OTC companies as the TSX does for its companies...
