Muscle Milk is what I have been taking for the most part of the last few years. It is a bit high in calories for my liking, but honestly, I've had no issues with it. I do look forward to my comparison with PHASE III! I have also used a high quality isolate called ISO 95 that is exceptional. This is a niche market with plenty of players already on the field. As a consumer, I will base my judgement upon my own criteria. I have friends that are involved with GNC franchises and will be recommending placement upon my personal experiences.
