Anybody reading the 8-K would believe that a 3 metres thick coal seam had been intersected in the 1958 drilling. When I read it I thought the MRT reports had said 1 metre was the best intersection made and I wondered if I had missed something extra in them or misread them.

Bendall has had opportunity to correct an inadvertently erroneous statement (i.e. not 3 metres but instead 3 feet) and has not done so. The 3 metres was intentionally misleading.
