I feel the same way snake. I may sell as.much as 10% along the way
over a long period of time, but 90% of my shares in $TDGI are being
held for the very long term. In fact, every month when I put money into
my kids utma/college funds,my wife's simple IRA and my simple IRA, 75-80%
always goes into TDGI. I do have other great holdings, however TDGI's CEO
and CFO are the most transparent officers of any of my stocks, and that goes
for my OTCBB, Amex, Nasdaq and NYSE holdings, not just my few nonreporting.

TDGI is going to be SEC reporting soon and will likely stay on the OTCBB for a year
minimum and when revenues and profits explode, they will most definitely be
moving up to the big boards. There is no rush but the management here is of big board
company quality and I have full confidence they will end up where they belong, on the
Big boards.

Cheers, PC
