What other reason is there for an Oil and Gas exploration Company to set up camp in Nevada? Alex, provide real DD independent of the press releases that shows KING's legitimacy. The jig is up. It doesn't work anymore. Stock Whispers is a penny stock pump and dump e-mail generator. KING doesn't own one piece of exploration equipment. There is no "merger" pending or otherwise.
The only phone numbers listed are "investor relations". That means the only "product" being sold is shares.
As I said, these penny stock pump and dumps CAN make you alot of money but you have to sell ahead of the insiders. Once they reap their fraudulent harvest the PPS collapses in a matter of hours.
Now let's see how long it takes for the moderators to delete this slice of honesty.
