I hear you, i still have an account with them for trading Nasdaq and other big boards but for pennystocks they suck. It's a shame because their fills are usually very fast and i like their trading software as well.
They will lose a lot of customers by doing these blocks, that's for sure.

For pennystocks i recommend Speedtrader, IB or E-trade.
