While, i don't deny that a R/S may be on the cards in 2013, it may be necessary only to uplist the company to a bigger US/Canadian stock index like AMEX or even NASDAQ or TSX(getting dreamy again). This move might actually work out to the benefit of the shareholder.

If you are thinking a 1000:1 R/S forget it! We are taking more in terms of 7:1 or 10:1 R/S here.
