Huh? Point out where the rules prove AVTX has not been buying back shares.

Guess I need to read that again since the last filing announced the intention to buy back shares. Perhaps you are a better reader than I.

Announced the intention of a buyback in the last filing, as well as possible dividends to shareholders when the royalties start to pile up, 33 million projected without the additional sales of the lighter, smaller EVS not to mention the medical sector, there could very easily be a big buyback...now, whether or not they have or will buy back is yet to be seen. We are all mushrooms when it comes to AVTX's private business.

NPR did a story on how the new accounting rules are annoying companies. Companies are saying......we can go private and avoid all this nonsense. LET"S DO IT!

They have a point and AVTX is poised to be in that position once the revenue stream is established. Four tiered agreement, would love to read it.

They did not dilute much at all and have little expenses. YES, they could go private easily.

Of course, they will need my shares.........
