And what great earth shattering DD makes you think that? The company can't even execute a name change. How hard can that be?

And if you want to blame this on the regulators consider carefully, it is not hard to execute a name change unless there are red flags that make the regulators question your operations.

Where are the revenues? Are they attached to the new name as well? Amazing how business operations can't be executed without this change.
