I realize that the % of shares owned by Weiss Guttman show them to be majority share holders; however, each and every time I have really read the share structure info, I walk away with the impression that it was set up so that they really do not have majority interest. I think it was the 10 million series A preferred stock shares that made it so that the majority interest is not held by W/G Trust.

I could be be way off base here but that is how I read it everytime, could be wishful thinking though.

I'll search more when I wake up and get tomoving around.
