I contacted Island Transfer BFLX transfer agent. The person I spoke with told me he would not give me the information over the phone but If I emailed them he would forward it to me. That was Like 1pm central time.

As of 8:46 central on sat. the next day still no responce. My guess they are not working on SAT.

Now I have read that another poster said that they would not give the info out at all and the Transfer Agent stated that BFLX had informed them that all share structure info needs to be addressed thru the company BFLX.


OK, What is it. Then we have posters stating they have spoken with the the MGT of BFLX Kristian or whatever the CEO is and he stating that the Float is not even the 31, or 41 million stated on several sites but in fact its more like 25 in in the float.

Sorry, folks. I bought this on the 60% dip at .21 then again on the drop down to .13. My avg is .17 so I M probably better of then most here.

For the most part after the 5 minute spike on friday to .17 this stock had no sense of a rally at all unless you purchased at .09 and sold at .12.

Its appeared that .12 was the resistance level on Friday and no ab amount of shares purchased at .12 would allow it to move up and there were some large shares purchased right at the .12 level.

With that being said the market makers had no problem dropping the bid ask on 5000 share trades or sells at the bid.

THIS IS DILUTION AND MY OPINION UNLESS BFLX MGT COMES OUT AND PROVES ME WRONG WHICH I HOPE I M THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP. TIMING OF PR'S. PAID PROMOTION TO POCKET LITERALLY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND YOU HAVE A MAD CEO OF BFLX. I DONT THINK SO. EVEN IF THEY DUMPED THIS TO 100 MIL FLOAT WHICH THEY PROBABLY DID THIS COULD STILL RALL WELL INTO THE .30'S JUST ON SPECULATION ALONE.

OBVIOUSLY ALL THE SIGNS ARE POINTING TO DILUTION. TAKE IT FOR WHAT ITS WORTH. 100 MILLION SHARES TRADED IN 4 DAY AND THE LAST TWO DAY MORE LIKE 70 PLUS MILLION AND THIS STOCK HAS DONE NOTHING BUT DROP OVER 80% FROM IT HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY.

CALL Me an idiot but I dont think so. BLFX MGT has some explaining to do. JMHO but my guess they pocketed large sums of money by selling shares the last few days. I hope I M wrong but I would be shocked if the float was truely 25 million.

Just quessing by if they started the week at 25 million I have a gut feeling that the float has probably increase 100% to 50 million plus. Not sure what the avg share was but I betting that BFLX has taken your hard earned money and pocketed a cool 10 million in light of the 500k they have paid to one promo company.

I would say they are pretty smart. I just played the bounce here but this just never had a chance. I thought that once it hit .17 on friday this had a chance but with in Seconds of hitting .17 it was trading down at ..15 .14 .13 .13 all the way down to .091 in the first 30 minutes

BFLX I BELIEVE GOT EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED FROM THE INVESTING PUBLIC. PADDED POCKETS AND A HUGE SUM OF CASH NOW.

I just hope I M wrong and BFLX comes out with something legit to prove the Float is truely 25 million. Otherwise I think they are full of S H I T!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there just cannot be that many short shares especially the way they would not allow it to bounce once freaken time other then a penny or two.

TRADING LIKE THAT TO ME ALWAYS SEEMS LIKE DILUTION AND DOWN IN THESE SCAM STOCKS IT USUALLY IS ABOUT 99% OF THE BFLX. MY GUESS BFLX IS NO DIFFERENT.

MY OPINION. IF YOU CAN CUT YOUR LOSSES AND GET OUT CLOSE TO EVEN I WOULD DO IT. I JUST DONT THINK BFLX WILL BE DOING THE INVESTIGATION TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE UNUSUAL TRADING ACTIVITY. AFTER ALL I THINK THEY ALREADY KNOW WHY.

The timed pr's, TA wont disclose share structure. No about of buys friday and late thursday allowed the price to spike. 2.2 million more buys friday then sales and the Price tanked another 28% or so.

If that is not dilution I guess I have no clue what is.

BFLX is of full of S H I T. JMHO AND GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.
