SEC complaint would not be a total waste of time and FINRA complaint to...If at least half a dozen posters would, we need to, those numbers are missing for a reason...Back in bernies day he was giving his clients a good return on there money so im about 99% no one ever complained to SEC...Plus SEC was busy spending taxpayers money looking at pornography on there computers until they were busted, and new laws have been enacted for the protection of the investor from the abusive shorting going on in the industry...CGFIA working in conjunction with SEC and FINRA real partnership with real goals...
