Did you know they have beed in DEFAULT with the state of Nevada since List of Officers Due: 8/31/2011???

Must just be a slight oversight on their part... or maybe they just didn't have the fee to pay it? Of course now with a fresh 10 million in hand I am sure they can rectify this problem?
