Swordfish Financial, Inc. (SWRF) has entered into a Letter of Intent to exchange 623,950 shares of its common stock for 31,197,500 kilograms of Gold Bullion. SWRF has also agreed that it will designate a percentage, to be set forth in the final investment contract, of the proceeds achieved from the investment of the Gold Bullion to humanitarian based relief projects for countries in need.
