Your chart is old
note the RSI is now at 61 with room for plenty of upside.
Look how it has broken out of its old trading range and is consolidating above .13 nicely after running hard recently.I see a nice orderly profit taking after running 800% in 2 months...
if the stock breaks .24 it will run to the .30 range very easy...which it will on Biopsy news.
