Every time the phoneguard website is "down", it usually comes back up within a day and is a totally new, re- done site!

That may be true, and you could be correct, but I guarantee you that the EBAY website which changes daily never goes "down" completely, and certainly not for a "day", nor does google.com

i agree with MadMax, they need a new webmaster or better IT people if that is the case. The site should NEVER go completely DOWN. Not when peoples lives depend on it in the type of business OPMG is in.....just sayin.....
