I own 2 websites myself, created and maintain them. if a change needs to be done to a page, pages, or the entire site re-done, it can all be done behind the scenes and then publish the changes in a matter of seconds. my websites have never been "down"......it is very odd to see a site down "totally" in my opinion. Especially the PhoneGuard.com website....I will check on it in the morning and see whats up.

They need a better webmaster that can keep the site up at all times. Revenue stream is in place and is inexcusable to have site go down. Also it's possible to update a site without taking it down, fyi.
