Actually, I pretty much agree with you. Just keep in mind that it was JOE and DEAN that prevented the MS/Q merger... they even tried to get the whole thing for THEMSELVES and even tried to cut out each other! That is when Jeff went looking elsewhere and got referred to James Owens by one of Joe's contacts, that led to the Centacom fiasco. Bottom line, Joe and Dean are so dirty that q was toast as long as they were involved.
