....
I think the posters who have commented about LinkedIn and the relevancy of updated profiles is important here:
On LinkedIn I found many former employees of ANTS who have recently moved on to other companies... the companies these folks now work for are in the top echelons of the tech world... I also found some ANTS employees who are still listed as being employed at ANTS - including Mr. Kozac who is currently listed as Chairman and CEO at ANTS Software... and who, I might add, recommended a former ANTS employee on LinkedIn as recently as 02/20/2012...
...
Due to the fact that I have been getting pummelled in this stock since I bought well into the pennies a month or so ago... I understandably started getting nervous. Not unlike some that we have seen posting here today, I decided to get on the phone.
But I didn't call ANTS.
I called an unrelated business/organization operating adjacent to Inventa's physical address. I engaged with the receptionist at this business/organization in a polite, light-hearted conversation (I clearly had accidentally called the wrong number). She seemed to recall the company I was asking about... in fact, she told they had been neighbors.
Well, of course I wanted to know the correct phone number to get ahold of them.. So I asked... and unfortunately, I was told that they had moved out a few months ago.
...Well how could I get ahold of them? (was my next question)
So I asked... and I was put on hold while she transferred me to the lady in her office that would "know where they moved to"...
So... I sat on hold for a few minutes and then the same receptionist lady picked back up and said to me:
"I'm sorry, they were bought by another company a few months ago..."
Please draw your own conclusions, I am long ANTS, and my opinion is expressed above.
