I was hoping that we might get some news of a contract out of the Subsea Tieback as a follow on to the Bornemann Pumps agreement.

DDI has developed and patented a complete subsea system that they can design, build, install and commission. The miltiphase pumping is a key component to the longer tiebacks. Much simpler than subsea separation followed by subsea boosting and the Bornemann Pumps really excel in heavy oils.

DDI has been very active since before the first of the year and recent cam logs look like completed and painted UTAs have arrived (from off cam, possibly DDI north).

Anyone who is paying attention saw the patent news that I posted 3 weeks before the press release and some may understand what it is worth. Butler mentioned it back in Nov on the conf call but I doubt anyone except V-ger went looking. Nothing was found till a few weeks ago when it hit the web.

DDI has some baggage as a company and the stock has a rough road to chew through but (according to my notes and theories) all of the overhang is accounted for. If anyone were really paying attention, the 800k block had a clue where it came from (but I have no clue where it has been).

Still a ways till the 10-k filing (the correct due date was posted at least once, incorrect dates at least twice).

Thanks to all that are posting news and relevant content.
