Well, Major, the Promo's I found said: paid for by AFPW in cash not shares and not third party, but your right someone like Perkins for example or someone with enough shares like that could hire a "GUN Promoter" as a third party to pump and dump!!??

I hope not I would rather see her settle around a penny and make that climb to 10 cents on her own with solid PBIS contract committments and further developed relationships concerning the TECH. itself and other applications for it; like back-up power generation for example. !!!!??? IMO AFPW
