Yes - it's the economy (and valuations), and Iraq is just a sideshow for now. But that is a best case scenario, and Iraq could turn into more of a problem than just a sideshow should Saddam somehow convince some of his troops to wage urban warfare, or use chemical/biological weapons against us (or Israel), or destroy its oilfields, or destroy Kuwaiti or Saudi Arabian oilfields, etc. The number of bad possibilities are many, with comparatively few "good" scenarios.
